If your latest sleep and recovery data isn't visible in the Oura Cloud web dashboard, try backing up your data manually in the Oura app settings:
- Check that your phone has wifi/mobile data enabled
- Open the Oura app, and go to Settings > Account > Back up all data.
- Once data backup is complete, check your data in Oura Cloud.
Activity data is currently shown only for the previous day and earlier, not for the current day.
