How to add Tags & Custom Notes

Start adding common daily tags or custom notes to learn more about how the choices you make might affect your sleep and recovery status. 

To add tags or notes: 

  1. Tap the ‘+’ button on the bottom right of the home screen.
  2. From the menu, select "Note.”
  3. You can then choose from the list of common tags (i.e. Alcohol, Sickness, etc.), or add a Custom Note (i.e. Basketball, Skipped Meal, etc.)
