  • Daily insights are now shareable! Just tap a sleep, readiness or activity moment on your timeline, and hit the share button to tell your friends how you’re doing. Fun, fast and easy.
  • Automatically detected restful moments, such as naps, are now visible on your timeline. Manually added activities will appear there too.
  • Notes and tags are here! Add them to your timeline and keep track of what you’ve been up to.
  • You can now easily track daily, weekly and monthly changes and trends in relation to your own average values. Access the Trends view through the main menu or by tapping the numbers and scores in the detail views.
